Sepang Practice 1: Hamilton fastest from Raikkonen
Lewis Hamilton fastest in FP1 Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes continued their streak of good form in the opening session of the Malaysian Grand Prix weekend, as the Briton topped the timing screens on a slippery Sepang International Circuit and his teammate Nico Rosberg ended the 90 minutes session third fastest, the Silver Arrows split by Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari on the timing sheets.
Hamilton's best of 1:40.691 was 0.152 of a second up on Raikkonen, which was almost four seconds down on last year's best time on the same day, but an off track excursion late in the session prompted the Briton to decxlare over the radio: 'It's like driving on marbles out there.'
