Caterham roll out striking new car in Jerez
Caterham have become the latest team to show off their 2014 car after unveiling the CT05 at the first pre-season test of the year in Jerez on Tuesday.Like other 2014 machines seen so far, the new car features a very unusual nose section with a thin protuberance extending from the front wing to a thicker section behind. As in 2013, the CT05 utilises Renault power and a Red Bull technology gearbox.Swedish rookie Marcus Ericsson, who will partner Kamui Kobayashi in a revised line-up this season, was tasked with giving the CT03 its maiden run at the Spanish circuit on Tuesday afternoon.
