Magnussen: I can do what Hamilton did

– Kevin Magnussen is confident he can do well in his debut season in F1 and emulate what Lewis Hamilton managed back in 2007. Hamilton stunned in his first year at the pinnacle of the sport with McLaren, finishing on the podium nine times in the first nine races and winning four times in total. The Brit also came close to taking the Drivers’ title, ending the year second overall, just one point behind Kimi Räikkönen and while Magnussen isn’t tipping himself to do just that, he does believe he can be similarly strong out of the blocks. “He [Hamilton] had great success at McLaren arriving there as a rookie and it is definitely possible to do,” the Dane told Autosport. “I...
