Presentation of the new Ferrari power unit Rather than paraphrasing, here is the official media release of the presentation in Maranello earlier today: Maranello 19 December – The engine which Scuderia Ferrari will use in 2014 is called the 059/3. A three dimensional preview of the powertrain that will be fitted to the Maranello Formula 1 cars as from next year, was shown today to a select group of Italian and international media, in Maranello for the traditional pre-Christmas meeting with President Montezemolo.
