Interlagos Practice 3: Webber tops in the wet, wet, wet 23 November, 2013 Mark Webber tops in a very wet FP3 Mark Webber topped the timing screens at the end of the final free practice session of his career as a Formula 1, but that was the only thing that may have put a smile on faces as miserable weather continued ruin the season finale Brazilian Grand Prix weekend.
As on the opening day rain simply rendered FP3 useless for any kind of evaluation, while teams and drivers preferred to do limited running rather than waste tyres unnecesarily.
