Pole wasn't easy - Vettel
Sutton Images Enlarge Sebastian Vettel said it was not easy to take pole position at the United States Grand Prix after he left it until the last sector of his final lap to make the difference to Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber. Vettel took pole by just over a tenth of a second from Webber but was down on his team-mate in sectors one and two. However, he managed to make the time back and more in the final sector to take pole position in tricky conditions. "It was a tricky session because the wind picked up quite a lot since this morning and it does impact the behaviour of the car," he said.
