Chilton confident he will be on the grid in 2014

Max Chilton feels confident that he will remain on the Formula 1 grid for 2014. His team-mate Jules Bianchi was recently announced to be staying at Marussia for next year and the Brit believes his chances of joining him are high. The 22-year-old has a rocky start to his rookie season, being consistently out-paced by Bianchi in both qualifying and the race. However, he has upped his game in recent races and has closed the gap. He managed to out-qualify both Caterham cars and his team-mate at the last round in Japan.
