‘No deadline’ for Chilton extension
Marussia rookie Max Chilton admits that there is no timeline for him to agree on an extension to his contract with the team, although he insists that it would like to keep an unchanged line-up. The Briton, who's signing ahead of the 2013 season was derided in some quarters, had made steady progress through his maiden campaign, and has helped Marussia take the fight to back-of-the-grid rival Caterham, but admitted on the eve of the Italian Grand Prix that he has not yet inked a deal for next season. “My situation is the same as it's been all year,” he said, confirming that, to the best of his knowledge, there was no deadline by which to get the extension done, “I've got a one-year...
