Liuzzi to race for Pamela Anderson's GT team

Former Formula 1 driver Vitantonio Liuzzi has been named as a driver for a racing team launched by Baywatch star Pamela Anderson in the FIA GT Series. The Canadian actress and model will be assuming the role of team principal of Racealliance to compete in the remainder of the championship this season, according to a report by Autosport. Racealliance, a revived outfit, will field a Ferrari 458 Italia in the three races remaining in the series. Mathias Lauda will complete the driver line up with the 32-year-old Liuzzi, who last raced in F1 in 2011 with the now defunct HRT.
