Vergne cannot think about being promoted to Red Bull 29 June, 2013 Jean-Eric Vergne at Silverstone In the aftermath of Mark Webber's announcement that he will quit Formula 1 at the end of 2013, a number of candidates have emerged as possible replacements, top of the list are Toro Rosso pair Daniel Ricciardo and Jean Eric Vergne and as a result they have been thrust in the limelight at Silverstone.
But for French rookie Vergne he simply cannot think about the prospect of being promote to the Red Bull team, 'Obviously in my session they [journalists] all wanted to know my feelings about Mark’s announcement and my prospects of taking his seat for 2014 and to each person I gave the same...
