Hamilton rues costly mistake
Lewis Hamilton says a mistake during the closing moments of Q3 cost him pole position in Canada.
Hamilton was setting similar sector times to Sebastian Vettel but ran wide at the final chicane.
'It's good to be up on the front row again but I am a little disappointed with my last lap. I was seven-tenths up going into the last corner which was really slippery and unfortunately I went straight on,' he said.
'I would have lost time there anyway as it was so wet but there was a chance of pole if the lap had come together.'
