Kimi takes Perez punishment to new level
A little lost amongst the post-race furore over Mercedes' supposedly illicit tyre test with Pirelli was another gem of a comment from Kimi Raikkonen that has already landed the Finn a new range of mugs and T-shirts….Raikkonen was the most harshly affected 'victim' of Sergio Perez's feisty Monaco Grand Prix, the pair coming together late in the race in an incident that had each blaming the other as the main culprit.Perez had already successfully attacked and passed McLaren team-mate Jenson Button at Monaco's infamous chicane, and had been awarded another place when Ferrari's Fernando Alonso was forced to cut the corner to avoid contact with the Mexican's car.
