Caterham drivers disappointed after back row lockout

Qualifying may have been postponed until Sunday morning but there was sufficient light and dryness to run Q1. That meant that six drivers are already out and two of them are the Caterham racers of Giedo van der Garde and Charles Pic. Both drivers went off the road during Q1 and required a front wing change. 'Sometimes qualifying goes like it did today. We obviously didn’t finish where we wanted to but for much of the session we looked pretty good, especially halfway through the session when we were putting in pretty good times,' said Pic, who qualified in last place.
