Kubica signs up to WRC2 season

Robert Kubica will take part in the year's WRC2 rally championship with Citroen. Kubica will drive a Citroen DS3 RRC on seven WRC rallies, as well as a limited number of other European events. He comes to the series off the back of successes in rallies last year and has chosen not to return to circuit racing just yet despite testing a DTM car in January. "I weighed up the different options before deciding on this programme," he said. "I kept in touch with Citroen Racing and both sides were keen to continue working together.
