Caterham close to second driver decision
Caterham are close to confirming who will partner Charles Pic in 2013, according to team principal Cyril Abiteboul. The Leafield based outfit recently confirmed the signing of Frenchman Pic from Marussia, but are yet to announce his team-mate. Whilst Heikki Kovalainen and Vitaly Petrov remain in the running for the second seat, other names have been thrown about including rookie Giedo van der Garde. Abiteboul admits they could go down either route, including two in-experienced drivers because 2013 is a transitional year before major technical changes in 2014 which gives them a chance to continue bulding the team.
