Ralf says F1 ‘door closed' as Mick begins IndyCar chapter

Feb.27 Ralf Schumacher has doubled down on his criticism of nephew Mick Schumacher's move to IndyCar, warning the Formula 1 comeback dream is effectively over. Speaking during a pre-season Sky Deutschland press conference, Ralf questioned the risk-reward balance of the American switch – particularly with oval racing included in Mick's programme. 'There's fantastic racing in the USA, but it's completely different from what we have here in Europe,' he said. 'With all due respect, the question for me is one of benefit versus risk.'
